I can’t tell you how many times I am asked that question - and the answer is the same . . . It depends. It depends on where it is and if it is priced well. Residential properties with exceptional schools - there may still be multiple offers and they may sell for more then list price. But - if not in an area with exceptional schools then things are different. In those areas gone are the days of 8 days on the market multiple offer buyer will do anything to get your property. Pricing is very important - as is the skill of the listing agent in preparation of the property. |
